Water Portal

Clinton City, the Davis and Weber Counties Canal Company (DWC), and the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District (WBWCD) have partnered together to provide users with a water portal that will allow them to see both culinary and, eventually, secondary water meter data at their point of service/address. To access the portal, residents must:

  1. Have new meters installed (one for culinary water provided by Clinton City, and one for secondary water provided by DWC).
  2. Create a 'My Water' account (mywaterutah.org).
  3. Verify their name/address/email address with the DWC via email (meters@davisweber.org).

After meters have been installed, and once a 'My Water' account has been created, residents should email their name and address to meters@davisweber.org. This will prompt DWC to link your name, address, and email to your 'My Water' account. The DWC will then activate your account.

An 'active' account does not guarantee the ability to view water use data. Water usage will be seen when:

  • New meter and/or radio have been installed
  • New meter and/or radio are communicating properly.

If no data is seen, residents are asked to check back in April or May, once they've started using secondary water. If it appears that something is not functioning, please notify DWC. They will create a work order and seek to resolve the issue.

Clinton City is in the process of installing radio-read culinary water meters for all of its residents. Over 1,200 Clinton City residents have already had them installed. For these residents, culinary water use data can be viewed as soon as the 'My Water' account has been created and activated.

The DWC is in the process of installing secondary water meters. Secondary water use data can be viewed once the DWC installs the meter, and makes the secondary water use data available on the portal.
